UPDATED STATEMENT: THE SUPREME ADMITS THE APPEAL OF THE CNT 6
The Supreme Court in the Spanish State opens to study a sentence that we have always considered unjust and to be made an example of.
The Supreme Court has admitted the appeal that we presented two years ago and is scheduled to deliberate on the matter on June 18, 2024 in Madrid.
The admission of this appeal is good news. Only 10% of the appeals presented to the Supreme Court are admitted for processing by the court. This reflects that, at the very least, the sentence is questionable.
However, we have no illusions about bourgeois and patriarchal Justice and we take this opportunity to insist that we will not cease our fight until justice is recognised: our innocence
