Members of the IWW Galway attended a protest outside Leonardos Hotel in Galway. The protest action was organised by @galwayantiwaralliance. Leonardo and the G are said to be owned by the Fattal Hotel Group, which is controlled by Israeli billionaire David Fattal. Fattal Group HQ is in Tel Aviv and is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, contributing to the Israeli economy and funding its genocide.
Back in April of this year, the hotel group also hosted and organised events for IDF soldiers in April.
The IWW supported todays action as part of a nationwide boycott of the Leonardo Hotel chain. We stood with @galwayantiwaralliance @galway_ipsc & others to call on visitors to Galway to boycott the Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland
