The Industrial Workers of the World extend its solidarity to all workers about to begin another round of industrial action across universities across the North, Wales, Scotland and England.
"As a union, we extend our solidarity to UCU members who are taking strike action. We ask everyone who can, to show solidarity to those workers on strike at a universities as they hold pickets to highlight their demands.
"For any worker to take up industrial action is a massive decision so it is important that we help extend our solidarity in anyway we can.
"Attending pickets or passing them you can show your support and solidarity in many ways, bringing some warm drinks or snacks, or hooting your horn is always a good expression of solidarity. Always ask before taking a photograph to share on social media for support and to highlight their fight. Always remember, an injury to one, is an injury to all!"
